Pandemic Podcasts to ease your mind during the lockdown

Hello everyone!  It’s been a while.  “In these unprecedented times/ strange times/insert awkward covid era email opener here”, I’ve been listening to a lot of podcasts to help put my mind at ease, when I’ve spent too much (which is any) time scrolling news and social media.  While mostly I’ve been listening to complete distraction podcasts (mostly The C Word by Lena Dunham – utter gossipy zoneout), here are some of the pods that I’ve found particularly helpful, specific to the current, CRAZY situation.  Take your time getting through them as info overload is everywhere right now, but there’s good stuff here on anxiety, anger, grief, economic anxiety, relationships in lockdown, working from home, and also how eating disorders can be triggered during this time.
