The world right now is crazy. We are inundated with horrifying news every day. We are bombarded with media that makes us question ourselves, our worth, what we should and should not be doing, among myriad other oppressive messages. While I absolutely believe it’s important to be socially and politically engaged when possible, I also believe it’s incredibly important to counteract this flood of negativity with positive media whenever and wherever we can. So along with previous podcasts and books, here are some of my personal favourite TED talks for mental wellness and emotional growth.
